This artifact contains - in different levels of maturity - specific requirements, priorities and constraints regarding the intended transition of the business and IT. It is important that these are agreed with the business stakeholders upfront.

The artifact is a report showing the aspects that limit the design of the migration because they either must be achieved in the migration (or even in each migration step) or they should not occur as a result of the migration (step).

This can be either an addition of characteristics in the already available requirements catalogue, or a separate document solely focused on the migration.
